Purpose of this Code of Conduct is
to ensure quality of service, transparency, loyalty towards clients,
independence, professionalism, and legal compliance. With this aim, we request
our management, employees, and associate consultants to comply with the
following principles to the degree that they are relevant for their work:
1.
We shall only provide services that match our qualifications,
experience, and capacities.
2.
While we may participate in assignments with multi-disciplinary teams
and retain outside consultants for specific assignments, we refrain from
sub-contracting assignments to other consulting firms or individual
consultants.
3.
We shall apply transparent terms and conditions of service and only
receive remuneration for work that we have provided. General Terms and
Conditions of Service shall be published on our website.
4.
We shall not accept assignments that involve unprofessional, unethical,
or illegal practices. We also refuse assignments that lead to conflicts of
interests. Potential conflicts of interests shall be openly disclosed to
clients.

We do not receive any cash payments from clients. We only receive
payments by bank transfers made directly by the client.
6.
We will under all circumstances undertake everything to safeguard the
client's legitimate interests, including ensuring the highest level of
confidentiality.
7.
We shall not accept any remuneration (such as commissions) for
assignments other than the one agreed with the client.
8.
We shall not offer nor solicit, accept, or receive any gift or other
benefits, which would amount to or could be construed as an illegal practice or
corruption.
9.
